identifying the social capital indicators in qom province executive organizations

abstract
social capital referred to communications and links that based on trust and formed between human and institutional collections as a valuable source. this article aimed to explore the social capital concept and its indicators and how to evaluation its criteria, and then compare this variables in executive organization of qom province until can introduce a clear illustration about this concept. the population of study is all staff in jahad organization and its sub-organizations. data have gathered by a questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis used to investigating the dimension of social capital in this case. result showed this organization has favorable position about social capital indicators.
